We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING. We process and ship orders from our warehouse Monday through Friday. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days (M-F) of purchase, unless otherwise noted. You will be charged at the time the order is placed. When your order ships, we will email you a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Due to holiday volumes, you may experience slightly longer transit times. We cannot be responsible for weather delays. Thank you for your patience!

Deliveries to Mexico are made through FEDEX, Estafeta, 99 Minutos, or DHL. Deliveries to the United States, Europe, and Latin America are made through the postal service. Once your order is completed, the tracking number will be sent to your email so that you can track your order.

Our pieces take up to 15 business days from the day after purchase to ship to Mexico and up to 30 days to ship to the United States and Europe. There may be exceptions for some designated products.

We accept the following forms of payment: Debit and Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, Bank transfer or deposit, and Cash payment at OXXO (transaction fee only in Mexico).


If your online purchase is not to your liking, you can return the item within 5 calendar days of receiving it from the courier. After this period, we will not accept returns.

To initiate a return, you must follow these steps, otherwise, we will not accept your return:

  • Notify us by sending an email to with the following information: Full Name, Email, Shipping Address, Detailed reason for the return including photographs of the product, order number, and date of purchase. This must be done within 5 calendar days of receiving your product (please specify the reason for the return).

  • We will send you a parcel guide and an authorization number, which you must write on the outside of the package.

  • The merchandise must not show any signs of use, it must have its security labels intact and be returned in the same box and packaging that you received it in.

  • You must send the return via courier. Once we receive the returned merchandise and verify that it is in perfect condition and that the return procedure was followed, we will proceed to make the refund.

  • Refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment.

  • Refunds will be given as website store credit.

  • Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.
