To fulfill the purposes of the treatment indicated in this Privacy Notice, it is necessary to collect and process the following categories of personal data: identification, location, contact, property, and/or financial.

Honey Bunny will process your personal data described above to carry out the following primary purposes:

Our Privacy Officer will provide you with a "Request Form for the Exercise of the Rights of the Holders" so that you can exercise your right.

In order for our Privacy Officer to be able to follow up on your request, you or your legal representative must correctly prove your identity, for which it is necessary that you complete all the fields indicated in the Form and accompany it with a copy of any of the current official identifications that are noted in it. In the event that the information provided is erroneous or insufficient, or the corresponding accreditation documents are not attached, our Privacy Officer, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, may require you to provide the elements or documents necessary to process it. You will have ten (10) business days to meet the request, counted from the day after you have received it. If no response is provided within said period, the corresponding request will be deemed not submitted. Our Privacy Officer will notify you of the determination adopted, within a maximum period of twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received, so that, if appropriate, make it effective within fifteen (15) business days after the response is communicated.

Users own the copyright to photos and videos uploaded through Honey Bunny's NFC technology. By uploading content, the user grants Honey Bunny a non-exclusive, irrevocable, perpetual, and royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, publish, and distribute the content through the platform and other media.

The products sold by Honey Bunny are those displayed virtually on the Website at the time the User makes the purchase, as described and specified on the corresponding product page that appears on the Website. The User acknowledges that the images contained on the product page are for information purposes only and may not perfectly represent some characteristics of the Products, such as texture, color, brightness, dimensions, and/or materials. These characteristics are mentioned by way of example, but not by way of limitation, due to the visualization of the images on the Website. The prices of the products displayed on the Website include VAT and other taxes that may apply, regardless of the shipping costs that may or may not be generated. These amounts will be indicated to the User prior to placing their order, so that they can accept or reject the Products.

F) Obligations of the User when Using the Website

G) Warranty
Honey Bunny products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects or malfunctions for 3 months from the date of purchase. Please note that the colors, textures, and size of the products may vary due to the quality of the screen on which the user views the webpage and the adjustments made by the materials providers. Honey Bunny is not responsible for any such variation. The warranty does not cover products that have been improperly used, modified, or lost, as determined by our workshops. Non-silver parts and pieces have limited warranty on their characteristics. Since the products are made of silver, they may naturally tarnish, stretch, and dent. We recommend that users do not wear the product while bathing, showering, swimming, sleeping, or working out, and avoid contact with body lotions, oils, and liquids. To clean the product, we recommend using a soft cloth and gentle rubbing. When not in use, jewelry should be neatly stored. Shipments are subject to the coverage of the parcel service chosen by Honey Bunny. WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD – Small parts. Not for children under 10 years old. This is not a toy.

h) Returns and Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you can return the item within 5 calendar days of receiving it from the courier. After this period, we will not accept returns. To initiate a return, you must follow these steps:

Notify us by sending an email to hola@gmail.com with the following information: Full Name, Email, Shipping Address, Detailed reason for the return including photographs of the product, order number, and date of purchase. You must specify the reason for the return. We will send you a shipping guide and an authorization number, which you must write on the outside of the package.

The merchandise must not show any signs of use, it must have its security labels intact and be returned in the same box and packaging that you received it in.

You must send the return via courier. Once we receive the returned merchandise and verify that it is in perfect condition and that the return procedure was followed, we will proceed to make the refund. Refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, less shipping fees, and discounts, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Refunds will be given as website store credit. Items purchased on sale cannot be returned.

i) Termination of the Legal Relationship with Honey Bunny

These Terms and Conditions will be applicable until the termination of the legal relationship arising from any of the following reasons:

When the user decides to unsubscribe their account from the website
When the user stops using their account
If any improper use of the site and the services offered is detected, Honey Bunny may cancel or restrict the user account in accordance with subsection d) of these Terms and Conditions.

You also have the right to be compensated or subsidized in appropriate cases, to have your personal data treated confidentially, and to go to PROFECO or any other competent body to defend your rights in Mexico.

The modification, copying, reproduction, downloading, broadcasting, transmission, commercial exploitation, and/or distribution of any type of content, services, tools, site pages, computer codes, or other elements that make up Honey Bunny is prohibited. The Services, Products, and all related rights are and will remain the property of Honey Bunny. None of these Terms and Conditions nor your use of the Website transfers or grants you any rights in or in relation to the Services and/or Products, except in regards to the limited license previously granted, or to use or mention in any way the company names, logos, product and service names of Honey Bunny.

m) Regulations and Policies in Case of Dispute In the event of any dispute, both the User and Honey Bunny agree to be bound by the provisions of the LFPC and other regulations under the jurisdiction of PROFECO (for Mexico) to resolve any disputes between the Parties. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event of any disputes, differences, claims, or doubts arising from the interpretation, application, execution, compliance, resolution, termination of this agreement, as well as compensation for the resulting damages, the User and Honey Bunny expressly submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future address.

n) Nullity In the event that any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared void, the other clauses will remain in force and will be interpreted in accordance with the will of the parties and the purpose of these Terms and Conditions. Honey Bunny shall not waive any of the rights and powers conferred in this document unless expressly acknowledged by Honey Bunny or prescribed by the corresponding action in each case.
