    Memory Bunny is a digital keepsake storage platform that allows you to digitally save your memories in silver jewelry. By bringing your cell phone close to the Memory Bunny charm, you can access your memories anytime you want. The platform uses NFC technology to link digital slots in your jewelry.
  • Does the Memory Bunny platform require any specific technology to work and is my smartphone compatible?
    The Memory Bunny platform requires an NFC reader on your cell phone to work properly. Most Android phones and all iPhones from iPhone 7 and higher are compatible! if you're still unsure, you can simply search up if your specific phone has NFC compatibility.
  • Can I access my memories securely and with privacy?
    Our platform allows you to upload your memories to a secure and personal space in the cloud, and you can even request a password for extra privacy.
  • Can I edit the memory stored in my Honey Bunny jewelry and what is the maximum size of memory I can store in my Honey Bunny jewelry?
    You can do that! Although, please keep in mind that the number of times you can edit your memory is limited. You can store in your Honey Bunny jewelry, you can store a memory of up to 15Mb each, in gif, jpeg or png format.
  • Are Honey Bunny's necklaces safe to wear and do they emit harmful radiation?
    Honey Bunny's necklaces are completely safe to wear and do not emit any harmful radiation. We recommend taking care of your necklace to maintain its beautiful finish, even though it is waterproof and made from the finest materials.
  • How do I care for and keep my Honey Bunny jewelry clean?
    Silver jewelry can oxidize (stain black) when exposed to air. To clean it, simply rub the polished or shiny surfaces of the silver pieces with a silver cleaning cloth. Rub the piece vigorously with the cloth until it regains its luster and resembles a mirror.

    We accept several forms of payment, including credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), prepaid cards, PayPal, bank transfer or deposit, and cash payments at OXXO stores (for customers in Mexico). Yes, our promotions apply to all forms of payment.
  • How will my product be packaged, and what does Honey Bunny include in their product packaging?
    Your product will come packaged in a cute fabric envelope with our Honey Bunny brand logo, which will be sent inside a cushioned paper envelope. We also include a soft pink bunny-shaped fabric bag to protect the jewelry, a small book with an entertaining activity, and a product guarantee.
  • How can I check the status of my order and can someone else receive it for me?
    Once your order is completed, we will send you a tracking number via email so that you can track your order. If you are not available to receive your order, someone else can receive it on your behalf.
  • What is the shipping process and how long does it take for my order to arrive?
    We use various shipping companies, such as Fedex, Estafeta, 99 minutos, and DHL for deliveries within Mexico, and Postal Service for deliveries to the US and Europe. For shipments within Mexico, your package may take approximately 3 to 10 business days to arrive from the day after you place your order. For shipments to the US, your package may take approximately 10 to 25 business days to arrive from the day after you place your order. Please note that some designated products may have exceptions to these shipping times. You will receive an email with shipping information once your order has been shipped.
  • Can I exchange or return a product if I am not satisfied with it?

  • Can I cancel or change my order before it's shipped?
    You can cancel your order before it is shipped by sending a cancellation request through our web chat. You will receive a full refund in the form of store credit. You can also change your order before it is shipped by sending a change request via email

    To place a gift order, simply specify the billing address and the address where the product will be sent during the purchase process. We'll take care of the rest and make sure your special someone receives a sweet surprise!
